Our Ballroom is designed with a classic but modern vision. Banquet style seating can accommodate up to 300 and cocktail event space for 500. Guests can enjoy the attached private patio during your event and everyone will be welcomed by the ambiance created with our many windows, subtle architectural design which is enclosed by many French doors. The Ballroom is capable of being divided into two smaller parlors to suit your event needs.
When divided the Blue Heron is the back parlor of our Ballroom. Complete with large French doors, windows and a private patio overlook our Audubon Society golf course. This room is very versatile and used mostly for medium size banquets, silent auctions, and gatherings from 130 to 175 attendees.
Our Executive Boardroom can comfortably accommodate 12 attendees in our plush captain’s chairs. If you are in need of a projector screen or phone for conference calls, please notify the Director of Catering at the time of your reservation.
The Goldfinch room serves as the most multi-purpose room in our facility. Located next to the Ballroom this room can accommodate Photo Booths, Candy Stations, Slide Shows, Lounge Space and Bars in addition to our Ballroom for additional space for your wedding guests! The Goldfinch is also popular for weekend luncheons, showers, or intimate dinners for 40. Your business associates will appreciate your choice in the Goldfinch for long business meetings with our large windows overlooking our beautiful golf course. This room can accommodate 30 for meetings, 40 for seated dinners and 60 for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
When divided the King Fisher is the front parlor of our Ballroom. Large windows and skylights fill the room with warmth and sunshine for every event. This room is very versatile and used mostly for medium size banquets, meetings in need of breakout session space, and general gatherings from 130 to 175 attendees.
Elegant, rich, and private are just a few words to describe our coveted Library. Located on the right just before you reach The Overlook this room is in high demand for intimate and elegant dinner parties for 12 guests. This room can also accommodate two small tables of 4 in addition to the existing table for kids to enjoy the evening as well.
The Night Hawk is a small meeting space perfect for intimate gatherings for 15 to 20 people. The space is best utilized for small meetings that need a good amount of work space for flip charts and white boards.
The Night Hawk can also accommodate intimate dinners for 20 attendees and is perfect for Rehearsal Dinners.
The Wood Duck is the most popular of our meeting spaces and can accommodate 30 to 40 guests for meetings, rehearsal dinners, kid’s birthdays, and baby or bridal showers. Complimentary A/V features include TV, DVD player, small screen and white board.
This meeting space is ideal for all day sessions and can accommodate food and beverage service inside the room or just outside the room if you wish to not be disturbed during your meeting.
